Action Title Services is owned and operated by Alejandra (Allie) Pelham.

Action Title Services opened its doors on November 20th, 1988 by its founder, Patti Decker. Kristy Milbourn joined our team in 1991 as Office Manager and has been with us since. Gordon Decker (Patti’s husband) joined the Action Team in 1993 to handle daily operations.

Following Kristy, Allie in 1998 joined the Action Title Services team and took ownership of the company in 2021 following Decker’s retirement. Under our new management, we are excited to welcome you into our company and start working for you.

Action Title Services is one of few to have an in-house title plant for both Collier and Lee counties. It is an essential part of our organization that provides timely and accurate title searches. As a result, we have complete control of the title examination, commitment approval, and insuring process. This is an important benefit to our customers during critical closings. Additionally, we follow guidelines for time-honored 30-year title searches in ensuring a clear title for the new owner and lender.

Our experienced staff has handled thousands of closings and can handle closings in multiple languages. If you’re buying, selling, or refinancing, we can help.
