Alejandra “Allie” Pelham is the proud owner of Action Title Services, a position she has held since 2021. She joined the company in 1998 as a Title Agent and Escrow Officer, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a dedication to excellence.
Under Allie’s leadership, Action Title Services continues to thrive, offering comprehensive title insurance and settlement services to clients in Naples and the surrounding Southwest Florida region. Her commitment to maintaining the company’s high standards ensures that each transaction is handled with professionalism and care.
Allie is an active member of the Florida Land Title Association, reflecting her dedication to staying informed about industry developments and best practices.
Outside of her professional life, Allie loves spending time with her family and recently became a grandmother for the first time. She also enjoys engaging with the local community and contributing to various causes that support the growth and well-being of the Naples area.
Kristy Milbourn
Office Manager
Kristy Milbourn has been an integral part of Action Title Services since 1991, serving as the Office Manager. With over three decades of dedicated service, Kristy has played a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and fostering a culture of excellence within the company.
Her extensive experience and commitment have significantly contributed to the company’s reputation for outstanding service in the title industry.
Beyond her professional achievements, Kristy is a proud grandmother of four. She cherishes spending quality time with her grandchildren, embracing the joys and rewards of family life.

My name is Claudia, and I’ve proudly served as the Allie’s right hand and lead senior processor since 2004.
I’m a hardworking Texas native who relocated to sunny Florida in mid-July of 2000. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Florida Gulf Coast University.
My real estate journey began at a local real estate law firm right here in Naples, where I worked for three years. Wanting to dive deeper into the industry, I joined the Action Title family—and I can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made! 😊
Over the past two decades, I’ve built strong, lasting relationships with clients. I believe that consistent guidance and communication are the keys to smooth, successful closings. My work is grounded in integrity, dedication, and top-notch customer service, with a focus on educating all parties throughout every step of the closing process.
Being attentive to my clients’ needs is at the heart of everything I do. Communication is key, and I’m always just a call or email away. Beverly passed away on February 24, 2025, but her legacy continues to inspire all of us at Action Title. She will always be remembered not only for the exceptional work she did, but for the beautiful person she was—inside and out
